Classes are offered weekly as follows:
General Fitness Classes are held weekdays (Monday through Friday) at:
5:00 AM - 6:00 AM
6:00 AM - 7:00 AM
8:00 AM - 9:00 AM
Senior Fitness Classes are held on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays at:
8:30 AM - 9:30 AM
Every member will receive a dynamic nutrition plan to help achieve each person's unique wellness goals.
