First Steps - Helping Everyone Move Forward — in Faith and Fitness.
This running club is a 12 week couch-to-5k style training program designed to help all runners prepare for a 5k in the spring.
“Have you ever thought about getting fitter, but didn’t know where to start? Our church running group is launching a 12 week Couch to 5K–style program, and it’s designed for everyone—no running experience required. We’ll start slow, encourage one another, and build strength together in a fun, supportive environment. We will focus on community, health, and taking the next step together.
