What to expect at Redeemer Sports

Redeemer Sports exists to impact the community for Jesus Christ through the ministry of Sports. Sports are God’s gifts and, at Redeemer Sports, sports are used as a tool to introduce people to Jesus Christ and shape them into people of Christian character. By participating in sports at Redeemer Sports, you can expect the following:

1. Coaches who are more concerned in teaching the skills of the sport and loving his/her players and families than winning games.
2. Christ-centered devotions at practices & team prayer after/before games.
3. One practice per week.
4. Games played primarily on practice nights.
5. Competitive playing time for all players.
6. Rules adjusted based on the age of the league.

The Fall soccer season is a Player Development Program.  The eight-week session will be held on Saturday mornings on the following dates: August 15, 22, 29, September 12, 19, October 3, 10, & 12.  Players will practice and play on the same day each week.  In 2020, that day will be Saturday.  The goal of the program is for players to improve their skills, play some games, have some fun, and prepare for the next soccer season.  Players will practice and play with their age group each week.  That schedule is as follows:

U6 - Practice 9:00-10:00 a.m. and play 10:00-10:30 a.m. on Field 3
